2. Do you offer urgent delivery or self pick-up?
Yes, we offer both. Urgent orders and self pick-up are available only after confirmation via WhatsApp or call. A specific pick-up/delivery slot will be assigned.

3. How long does standard delivery take?
For Lahore, delivery usually takes 1–2 days. For other cities and provinces, orders are delivered within 3–5 days.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, and for self pick-up orders, we accept cash or any payment method shared at the time of confirmation.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID through SMS or WhatsApp so you can monitor your parcel easily.

6. Do you offer exchanges or returns?
Yes, we offer returns and refunds within 10 days, as long as the product is unused and in original condition (see our Return Policy for details).

7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations must be requested immediately. Once the order is prepared or shipped, it cannot be modified.
