Urgent Orders / Self Pick-Up – Terms & Conditions

• Pre-Confirmation Required:
Urgent and self pick-up orders are processed only after confirmation via WhatsApp or call. Unconfirmed orders will not be prepared.

• Pick-Up Slot:
A dedicated pick-up time slot will be assigned after payment or confirmation. Customers must collect their order strictly within this slot.

• Location:
Pick-up is available only from our official Lahore location (details shared after confirmation).

• No Last-Minute Changes:
Once the order is prepared, modifications, cancellations, or product changes are not accepted.

• Payment & Verification:
Full payment is required at pick-up. Customers should verify items on the spot—claims made after leaving the pick-up point won’t be accepted.

• Uncollected Orders:
Orders not collected within the allotted slot may be cancelled without obligation from our side.
