Return & Refund Policy
10-Days of Return or Exchange Policy:
At Denim Days Clothing, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a Return or Exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchange:
To be eligible for a return:
--- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
--- All tags and packaging must be intact.
--- The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided by physically or by whats app.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Sale or discounted items
* Accessories
* Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
Return or Exchange Process:
1. Contact us at denimdays.pk@gmail.com or Call/Whats App 0316-4741177 within 10 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange.
3. Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you on how to return or exchange the item to our address:
Hanjarwal Station, Near Waves Factory, Main Multan Road, Lahore.
4. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
Refunds:
If approved, your refund will be processed via your 70% of original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable & return courier charges will be beard by the customer.
In case of defective or wrong items, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 10 days. Exchanges are subject to stock & size availability. No Exchange will be applicable on Sale Items.
